A fund is established and designated as the "building inspection fund." Moneys appropriated, budgeted or recovered to be used for building inspections, demolishing dangerous buildings, and housing code enforcement, per city codes and ordinances, shall be paid into such fund. (Ord. M-2684 §5, 1987)
