Pursuant to RCW Chapter 42.24, as amended by Chapter 74, Laws of Washington, 1969, there is created and established in the department of finance a revolving working fund designated the "advance travel expense revolving fund," to be used as a revolving fund and to be used solely for the purpose of making advances for expenses of city employees and officials while traveling on city business. The city director of Financial and Management Services is designated the "custodian" of the fund. (Ord. M-1390 §1, 1973)
