There is established in the city treasury a fund to be known as the "senior activity fund." No moneys shall be paid into such fund except donations or moneys paid to the city by senior adults to participate in trips and other activities sponsored by the city department of Vancouver/Clark Parks and Recreation, and all moneys so received shall be paid into such fund.
