Anyone violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and if convicted thereof in municipal court shall be punished by not to exceed thirty days in jail and a fine of not to exceed three hundred dollars. Any such conviction shall be in addition to any suspension or revocation of license. (Ord. M-1154 §7, 1970)
