5.17.260 Authorized special event vendors.
A. The issuance of a special event permit confers upon the permit holder or event organizer the right to control and regulate the sale of goods, services, food and beverages within the special event venue in accordance with the terms and conditions of the special event permit.
B. Only vendors authorized by the permit holder or event organizer shall be allowed to sell goods, services, food or beverages in the Special Event Venue.
1. Food and beverage vendors shall maintain and display their food handling licenses and permits as required by state and local law.
2. All vendors at a special event shall, upon request from the responsible official or his/her designee, provide proof of authorization from the permit holder or event organizer to sell goods, services, food and beverages at the special event. (Ord. M-3956 §1, 2010)
