Any person, including corporations, their officers, directors, agents or employees, who engages in any act forbidden by this chapter, or who conducts any amusement activity contrary to the terms of any license or contrary to any requirement or prohibition of this chapter, or who knowingly makes any false statement on any application for a permit required by this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars. Each separate violation and each day thereof shall be a separate offense, and may be separately punished. (Ord. M-1422 § 19, 1973; Ord. 1266 § 3, 1925)
