As a condition of a franchise granted pursuant to this ordinance, and throughout its term, the grantee shall provide and deposit such insurance, monies, bonds, letters of credit or other instruments in amounts, form and substance acceptable to the city as may be required by an applicable franchise agreement or other applicable code, ordinance or rules and regulations of the city.
