The cable television commission shall meet as often as is necessary for it to fulfill its duties, but not less than once every three months. A majority of members appointed shall constitute a quorum. Meetings shall be open to the public and notice shall be given to the press and news media as required by state law. Notice of meetings shall also be given to the local manager at the local office of any grantee in the same manner as required by state law for notice to the press and news media. (Ord. M-3371, 1998)
