The owner or operator of any public dance or public dance hall shall, if such dance or dance hall is open and conducted on a regular schedule, file with the chief of police a current and complete calendar of dates when such public dance or dance hall shall be open and in operation. The owner or operator of any such public dance or public dance hall not open or operated on a regular schedule shall file a notice with the chief of police, not less than forty-eight hours prior to the time of holding or opening such public dance or public dance hall. All police officers shall have free access to public dances and public dance halls at all times. (Ord. M-2887 §2, 1990: Ord. M-714 §2, 1964)
