Any person, firm or corporation, desiring to conduct a single private dance for one night only in connection with the operation of establishments dispensing alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, may do so, after application for a permit therefore from the city clerk of the city of Vancouver, and upon the payment of the sum of two dollars and fifty cents for said permit, for each such private dance.
