Every person, firm or corporation desiring to engage in the business of selling, hawking or peddling popcorn, candy, ice cream, chewing gum or peanuts from any vehicle in any street, alley or public way of the city shall first apply for and obtain a business license, as required by the provisions of Chapter 5.04 of this code. Such licensee shall make all reports and pay all fees required by and shall be subject to all the provisions of Chapter 5.04 except insofar as such provisions are inconsistent herewith. (Ord.
