Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a period of not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. C-151 §5, 1947)
