Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or thirty days in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. M-147 §9, 1954)
