Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars or one year in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. M-3258 §1 (part), 1996)
