A. It is unlawful to display, exhibit, expose or maintain any panorama device upon any premises to which members of the public are admitted without having first applied to the city clerk and having secured a valid and current license for such premises, to be designated a "panorama premises license."

B. A separate license is required for each panorama premises, and the same shall at all times be conspicuously posted and maintained therein.

C. The clerk shall prescribe the form of such license and shall number the same. The license thus prescribed shall indicate thereon the number of panorama devices which are licensed to be operated in such premises and the location of the licensed panorama premises. (Ord. M-3068 §4, 1993)
