A. It is unlawful to exhibit or display for public use any panorama device upon any panorama premises without first having obtained a license for each such device, to be designated a "panorama device license."

B. Panorama device licenses shall be issued for specific panorama premises only and shall not be transferable.

C. The panorama device license for each panorama device shall be securely attached to such panorama device in a conspicuous place.

D. The clerk shall prescribe the form of such device license and shall number the same. (Ord. M-3068 §5, 1993)
