Licensees and all applicants for licenses under this chapter shall allow the premises and devices to be inspected at anytime the premises are open to the public or at any other reasonable time. Inspections may be by officers of the Vancouver police department, inspectors from the Vancouver fire department and from the department of Community and Economic Development. Inspections will be to determine whether the licensee and/or premises are in compliance with this chapter. (Ord. M-3068 §8, 1993)
