A. After an investigation the chief of police, may, upon ten days’ notice, suspend licenses issued under this chapter for not more than sixty days, or may revoke such licenses where one or more of the following has been found:

1. The license was procured by fraud or false representation of material fact in the application or in any report or record required to be filed with the clerk; or

2. The building, structure, equipment or location of the business for which the license was issued does not comply with the requirements or fails to meet the standards of this chapter;

3. The licensee, or any of his servants, agents, or employees, has been convicted of violating this chapter;

4. More than three valid arrests have been made for violation on the premises in a single thirty-day period of VMC section

8A.12.070;

5. The premises or operation thereof are in violation of regulations set forth in Section 5.53.090 (Ord. M-3068 §11, 1993)
