Container placement shall meet department of public works, zoning code and other applicable city standards.

All collection containers shall be kept in a sanitary condition at all times. All containers provided by the licensee shall prominently and conspicuously display the licensee’s name and telephone number on a portion of the container that is visible when the container is being used to store materials. Containers provided by the licensee for recyclables shall be labeled with either the type of material to be placed in the container or the word "recycling" or "recyclable" or the "chasing arrows" recycling symbol.
