Persons who operate under residential recycling contracts with the city shall follow the reporting requirements of their contracts. All other licensees shall report annual tonnage for each recyclable material collected within the city of Vancouver. The report shall be on forms supplied by the city and shall be submitted by January 30th for the preceding year to the department of works solid waste division. (Ord. M-3207 §11, 1995)
