The director shall, by administrative rule, and subject to the Washington Public Disclosure Act, Ch. 42.17. RCW, provide for maintaining the confidentiality of financial and other proprietary information submitted to the city pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. M-3207 §12, 1995)
