Before engaging in any activity mentioned in Section 5.72.010 of this chapter, the licensee shall procure a permit and shall procure and file with the city clerk a bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars approved by the city attorney, executed to the city of Vancouver by the licensee, as principal, and by a surety company authorized to do a general surety business in the state of Washington, as surety, which bond shall be conditioned that the licensee will conduct his business in a clean and sanitary manner and in full conformance with proper standards of health and sanitation and that the licensee will use in his business only such equipment as has been inspected and approved by the inspector.
