Before cleaning any cesspool or septic tank, the licensee shall make application to the inspector for a permit to clean each cesspool or septic tank. The application shall state the name of the licensee, the location of the cesspool or septic tank, the name of the owner of the cesspool or septic tank or the person in possession of the real property upon which the cesspool or septic tank is located, the capacity of the cesspool or septic tank and shall be accompanied by a permit fee of one dollar for each cesspool or septic tank. Upon approval by the inspector, the application shall be referred to the city clerk who shall be authorized to issue the permit. (Ord. C-136 §5, 1947)
