The license fee provided for herein shall be the initial fee required by Chapter 5.04, and every licensee hereunder shall make all reports and payments required by and shall be subject to all the provisions of Chapter 5.04. The inspection and permit fees provided for herein are for regulatory purposes only and shall be paid in addition to the license fees required by Chapter 5.04. (Ord. C-136 §6, 1947)
