This Chapter shall govern the administration of taxes imposed under Chapters 5.59, 5.60, 5.68, 5.88, 5.92, 5.94, and 5.96 VMC. This Chapter shall also apply where no procedure is specifically provided for administration of taxes. These procedures may supplement those provided for taxes imposed by other chapters if such chapters provide for no equivalent procedure. (Ord. M-4041 §1, 2013)
