Discarded bulky items including, but not limited to, appliances, furniture and tires shall be picked up on regular collection schedules, if possible, and shall be placed by the customer so that the collection vehicle can be driven to within five feet of the objects. Such collection shall be at an additional fee as listed in the schedule of charges (bulky item pickup). If such items are to be collected on a special pickup, the customer shall have the refuse available within one hundred feet of any curb, public street edge or alley. (Ord. M-3193 §17, 1995: Ord.
