A. No person shall willfully or maliciously assault, torment, beat, kick, or otherwise strike any police animal or accelerant detection dog as defined in RCW 4.24.410, owned or being used by the police or fire department in the performance of its official duties.

B. No person shall willfully hinder, delay, or obstruct any animal used by a law enforcement officer in discharging or attempting to discharge his official duties. (Ord. M-3624, 2003)
