A. It is unlawful for anyone to sell or give, or permit to be sold or given to any person under the age of eighteen years any cigar, cigarette, cigarette paper or wrapper, or tobacco in any form.

B. Sales to persons under eighteen shall be a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. M-3624, 2003)
