The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any person in the 7th street transit mall, established by ordinance M-2532, resolution M-2349 and the street use permit issued by the city to C-Tran on November 18, 1985 and as defined in VMC 7.13.030. (Ord. M-3624, 2003)
