A. It is unlawful for any person to knowingly violate the court's exclusion order, and enter or be at the transit mall during a period of exclusion from the transit mall set by the court, as provided in chapter 7.06 VMC.

B. A person convicted of a violation of this section shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) and/or imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year. (Ord. M-3624, 2003)
