Upon proper application and payment of fees by the owner or person having the custody and control of any domesticated animal other than a dog or cat, or pot-bellied pig as defined in Section 20.91.240, the agent shall issue to such person a prenumbered identification tag for such animal. The person shall be given a receipt for all registration fees paid which receipt shall be prenumbered to correspond with the identification tag issued. (Ord. M-3027 §5, 1992: Ord.
