All violations of this chapter are detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare and are public nuisances. All conditions that are determined after review by the city’s designated animal control agent to be in violation of this chapter shall be abated in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. In addition to the use of any other remedy herein set out, may seek legal or equitable relief to enjoin acts or practices and abate any conditions which constitute a violation of this chapter. (Ord.
