One copy of such provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and the amendments and additions thereto adopted by reference in this chapter shall be filed for use and examination electronically by the public, in the office of the city clerk prior to adoption thereof.
