The ordinance codified in this chapter shall go into effect thirty days after final passage, but provided, during such thirty days all persons covered of Section 8.52.030 shall register with the police department on forms to be supplied by it. No fee shall be charged for registration under this chapter. (Ord. M-2892 §10, 1990)
