Permits shall be issued without payment of any fee and shall be valid for a specific date or dates and hours to be therein stated and subject to all conditions as to use to be stated on the permit. Such permit shall not be valid until twenty-four hours after issue, and during such time the department of public works shall transmit a copy of such permit to the police department. As a condition to issuance of any such permit the applicant shall sign an agreement to hold the city harmless for any accident or injury resulting from his use of such permit. (Ord. M-1743 §2, 1977)
