Eighty-two on-street parking spaces, as shown on the map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit "A," are designated carpool parking spaces. Such spaces shall be signed accordingly and designated exclusively for carpool use, as defined by this chapter, between the hours of seven a.m. to nine a.m., Monday through Friday. After the hour of nine a.m., such spaces shall be open to other parking uses if not occupied by a vehicle with such a permit, subject to any other applicable parking regulations. (Ord.
