In connection with the photo enforcement program for Stoplight Violations, Railroad Crossing Violations and School Speed Zone Violations, the City Council of the City of Vancouver authorizes the police chief and/or his or her designees to utilize electronic signatures in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 19.34 RCW.
