The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures, notice requirements, and fees for the vacation of streets, alleys, public places, public easements, or portions thereof within the City. This chapter is intended to implement the authority granted to the City by Chapter 35.79 RCW and to conform to its provisions. In case of conflict between this chapter and Chapter 35.79 RCW, the statutory provisions will be controlling. (Ord. M-4026 §5, 2012)
