Upon finding that an owner or lessee is maintaining a condition prohibited by this chapter, the Director may order the repair, reconstruction, replacement, cleaning, removal, or remedy of the condition or obstruction pursuant to VMC Title 22. (Ord. M-4026 §7, 2012)
