The Director may revoke a right-of-way use permit if the area for which the permit has been granted is needed for a public purpose. Upon revocation, any object, fixture, structure, or portions of them shall be removed and relocated by the owner at the owner’s expense. The City shall not be liable for the costs associated with the loss of use of this area or the removal or relocation of any object, fixture, or structure. (Ord. M-4016 §2, 2012)
