All design and construction of public and private streets addressed by this chapter will be in accordance with the City’s standard plans and details as defined in Section 11.80.030 and established, issued, and maintained by the Director and/or designee, containing typical drawings to implement transportation, erosion control, drainage, and other engineering standards adopted in City code. The Director and/or designee is responsible for maintaining appropriate policies and procedures for the implementation of the City’s Transportation Standard Plans and Details. Unless specified elsewhere, the Director and/or designee is responsible for administering and interpreting the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. M-4026 §10, 2012)
