11.90.070 Fees.

Fees for Construction in the Right of Way Permits will be assessed as established in Table 20.180.070 of Development Engineering Fees in Section 20.180.070.
No permit will be issued until:
A. The applicant has paid the fees required by this section as identified in the City’s adopted engineering fee schedule; and
B. The applicant has paid all other applicable City fees; and
C. The applicant has posted the appropriate bond as required by this or any other ordinance; and
D. The applicant has demonstrated sufficient insurance as required by this chapter. (Ord. M-4026 §11, 2012)
