Both Existing Sources and New Sources must submit a report on whether compliance has been initially achieved. For Existing Sources, the report is due ninety (90) days after the date applicable Categorical Standards give as the final compliance date. For a New Source, the report is due ninety (90) days after starting to discharge to the POTW.

In both cases, the report must contain the information described in Section 14.10.190(A)(3) through Section 14.10.190(A)(6). For Existing Sources, it must also contain the compliance certification of Section 14.10.300(C)(3) and, if needed, the compliance schedule described in Section 14.10.300(C)(4). Users subject to equivalent mass or concentration limits, as allowed by Section 14.10.060, must include a reasonable measure of their long term production rate. Other Users subject to Standards based on a unit of production (or other measure of operation) must include their actual production during the sampling period. All compliance reports must be signed and certified in accordance with Section 14.10.430(A) of this Ordinance. (Ord. M-3970 §2, 2010)
