It is unlawful to operate or use any amplified sound system in any park without a Park and Facility Use permit issued under this chapter or Special Event permit issued pursuant to CH. 5.17 VMC. (Ord. M-1072 § 8, 1969; Ord. M-3996 § 7, 12/05/2011))
