The provisions of the “Unfit Buildings and Premises Code” shall apply to all unfit dwellings, buildings, structures or premises, as defined in this chapter, which are now in existence or which may hereafter become unfit in this jurisdiction. Any unfit dwelling, building, structure or premises as defined in this Chapter may also be considered a dangerous dwelling, building, structure or premises. (Ord. M-4079 §54, 2014; Ord.
