19.05.010 Downtown Parking Meter District.
The areas adjacent to the curbs and curblines in the following streets in the city of Vancouver are designated and established as parking meter zones:
A. On both sides of Broadway Street from the north line of Fifth Street to the south line of Thirteenth Street.
B. On both sides of Main Street from the north line of Second Street to the south line of Thirteenth Street.
C. On both sides of Washington Street from the north line of Third Street and to the south line of Thirteenth Street.
D. On both sides of Fourth Street from the west line of Main Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
E. On both sides of Fifth Street from the west line of West Reserve Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
F. On both sides of Sixth Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
G. On both sides of Seventh Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
H. On both sides of Eighth Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
I. On both sides of Ninth Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
J. On both sides of Tenth Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
K. On both sides of Eleventh Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
L. On both sides of Twelfth Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
M. On both sides of Thirteenth Street from the west line of C Street to the east line of Columbia Street.
N. On both sides of Columbia Street between the north line of Fifth Street and the south line of Twelfth Street, excepting however, the east side of Columbia Street between the north line of Sixth Street and the south line of Eighth Street.
