The duties and responsibilities of the city Department of Finance shall include the processing of parking infractions involving alleged violations of city parking ordinances in accordance with Clark County District Court Order entered December 16, 1980. Processing of such infractions shall be in accordance with procedures established by said court order, RCW Chapter 46.63, applicable Supreme Court and local court rules, and related city ordinances. For the purpose of processing infractions, the department of finance is designated a violations bureau, as established by the order entered on December 16, 1980. (Ord. M-4088 §1, 2014)
