2.88.180 Establishment and maintenance of office and records.
This section is included in your selections.
A. The Commission shall maintain a principal office at a location within the limits of the City;
B. The Commission shall maintain all of its records in a manner consistent with the Preservation and Destruction of Public Records Act, Chapter 40.14 RCW as now or hereafter amended.
