Validity of code. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Development Code is for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Development Code. The City Council of the City of Vancouver hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, or word of this Development Code be declared for any reason to be void or unconstitutional, on its face or as applied, it is hereby provided that all other parts of the same which are not expressly held to be void or unconstitutional shall continue in full force and effect.
