Classification of zoning districts. The City of Vancouver is hereby divided into zoning districts, as named and described in this title. The boundaries of the zoning districts are hereby established as shown on the maps established in Section 20.130.020 VMC. Said zoning districts may be changed, as set forth in Section 20.130.040 VMC. Each lot, tract and parcel of land or portion thereof within the zoning district boundaries as designated and marked on the zoning map, is classified, zoned and limited to the uses as hereinafter specified and defined for the applicable zoning district.
